Payment methods

Online Payment

We offer two options of online payment in our payment methods:

1. Paypal

2. Credit / Debit Card 

Check PayPal as payment method even if you do not have a PayPal account.

On the PayPal interface you then have the option to complete the payment by entering your credit or debit card details or through your PayPal account. In both ways, the payment is processed in the secure environment of PayPal and no credit or debit card info are shared with us.

After payment is processed, the system will automatically complete your booking and the invoice will be generated in the customer dashboard. You will be able to see the transaction as ‘online paid’ from the dashboard and the transaction id of PayPal will appear also there.

Please note that for all tours, besides the invoice that you can view and print from the dashboard, the final voucher will be sent to you via email. You will need to print that voucher and present it in order to enter all tours, the invoice is not a ticket.

Offline Payment

Also we offer the ‘Book and pay later’ option. This enables you to complete your booking and pay later or make a bank transfer.

When you book using this option, the transaction will appear in the customer dashboard as ‘pending’ status.

After clicking the ‘Book and pay later’ button, you will be able to see the transaction in the dashboard. You will also receive an email providing you with the bank details, if you wish to make a bank deposit – transfer.

In the dashboard you will have two options, Submit Payment Receipt and Make An Online Payment.

To Make An Online Payment, you can pay via Paypal and/or Credit / Debit Card.

Submit a Receipt

This button allows you to submit the receipt after you have proceeded to the bank deposit – transfer.

Verifying The Receipt Submission

When submitting the payment receipt an admin will have to verify that the payment has been received.

After your deposit has been approved, you will receive an email notification.
